DEMURRAGE FACTORING
An annual fee per vessel for demurrage factoring entitles the Client to factor all valid demurrage claims incurred with approved counterparties, receiving up to 80% of the correct value of the demurrage claim within 30 days.
For traders or other companies in the logistics chain, the annual fee allows the Client to cover demurrage claims over a set number of shipments per year with pre-approved counter parties.
In all cases, once the claim is factored by C Demurrage, further costs, i.e. legal costs, arbitration costs, etc are covered by us.
